Refund & Returns Policy

At REVURA, operated by Sawalha Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Right to Cancel: If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us of your cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return Condition: Please return the product in its original condition and, where possible, with its original packaging and accessories. You may handle the product only as reasonably necessary to inspect it. If the value of the product has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at admin@sawalhaltd.co.uk before returning your order. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping: If you are exercising your right to cancel because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we tell you otherwise. If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please contact us as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and, where appropriate, photos or video showing the issue so we can investigate and resolve it.

Exchanges: If you would like a different item, please contact us. Where appropriate, the simplest option may be to return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable UK consumer law.
